We specialize in strength training, functional and athletic training, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, strongman/women training and HIIT.
We have specialized equipment for your unique lifting needs as well as everything the average person needs to get a great workout.
Body Shop is for people who want to work out and train for themselves or for a particular sport. We are small and comfortable place with what you need, with no waiting or line ups.
We are a hybrid of different styles of training.
And no intimidation.
We are what I like to call "the new old school". We do not have pools, saunas, hot tubs or big change rooms, tanning or massage beds, and no bells and whistles . Here you can make noise, drop weights (respectfully), use chalk, do exercises not seen in other gyms and train like you mean it.
